We came here for our anniversary dinner and it was perfect. We made reservation for the 6pm seating and was greeted immediately and friendly. The hostess explained the fixed menu. There were a couple choices and we picked the $70 one. That was enough food for us but there was also a $140 one to choose from. We were served dish after dish, at exactly the right time each time.

All dishes were superb. The fish just melts in your mouth. The lean tuna was particularly tasty. All flavors were subtle but exquisite. This is fine dining at its best.

The place is small, capacity is about 20 people. We sat at the bar and watched the chefs prepare the dishes with precision and care to the minute details. That was an integral part of the experience.

    Make sure to make reservations.

    Enjoy the pictures!

Most amazing experience! Service was sweet and gracious. Food was incomparable–I’ve had sushi many places, but never of this quality and variety. Very much worth making reservations ahead (which you must do). This will be the first reservation I make the next time I go to Las Vegas.

I have wanted to go to Japan for a while. I’ve watched YouTube videos of amazing restaurants with long waits in Japan. And… I haven’t been yet.

Got surprised with a visit to Kabuto… And it was incredible. Great experience. Totally challenged my palate… Left plenty full but not feeling disgusting. It was an unbelievable, delicious, expensive experience but I legitimately haven’t felt better after a dinner than after that last night.

    Huge, massive 5 stars.

The most authentic sushi experience I’ve had outside of Japan and even better than many Ive had in Japan. The craftsmanship, service, flavours and ambience were all impeccable. An excellent evening!

Fabulous Sushi! Best I have had on the mainland. It is expensive, but like most things, you get what you pay for. Excellent friendly service as well!
