    I can’t tell you how extremely frustrated I am with the Geisha house on Decatur. I have been going to the Geisha house for years. Celebrating birthdays, anniversaries and other special occasions there. I thought this would be a perfect place to have a holiday dinner for my staff (14 Early Childhood teachers) I called 2 weeks in advance to book the big table for our group. We made invitations for our staff, a few had to arrange for babysitters and a couple had to request off from other jobs that they had. I received a phone call from the manager 3 days before our dinner to say that she forgot to write down another big party that they had the same night and so she wouldn’t be able to accommodate us unless we went to a further location or came in at 9:00 P.M. I am so frustrated now as I’m sitting here trying to scramble for a new location for our dinner party. They have lost mine and my families business for good. Shame on you Geisha House!

    My family was in town for the weekend (five adults, three children) needing a lunch. Although I saw some bad reviews, it was close and we decided to try it out. So glad we did! Service was very kind (Jessica was a doll!), atmosphere is pleasant, and the food was delicious. We went on NYE so they were running a limited, special menu but it suit us perfectly. Our grill master, Ryan, was extremely kind, engaging, and very considerate of our three-year-old – she had a great time!!! By the time it was over, we were practically rolling out of there we were so full – everything that was put on our plates was absolutely delicious. It’s unfortunate some seem to have had a bad experience, but ours was the best and we’ll definitely be going back!

    Some family came into town and we decided to stop in for my mom’s birthday. The food and service was great. My only issue was the portions of food you get. The guy on the grill was cool and very interactive. I wonder if management told him not to put so much food on the Hibachi. Other than that, I had a good time.

    Delicious food!! Awesome service!! Great experience if you take a seat near to the grill.

    Try to sit with Cody, or “Chef StarLord.” Funny, interactive (of course), but MORE IMPORTANTLY, VERY ATTENTIVE to his guests! He was constantly calling the servers over to refill our drinks for us!! Food is great, huge servings, drinks are spot on (Great Bar)!!
